🌟 HOW TO USE THE REPEAT CLIENT FEATURE & NOTES LIBRARY This quick guide shows you how to add repeat clients to your booking slots and how to use the Notes Library to speed up your admin. ✅ 1. Adding a Repeat Client Repeat clients allow you to quickly fill out diary slots without typing details each time. How to add a new repeat client: Scroll to the bottom of the diary page. Find the section labelled “Add Repeat Client”. Enter the client’s: Name Dog(s) Postcode or area Any other useful details Click “Save Repeat Client”. Your new repeat client will now appear in the Repeat Client dropdown menu inside every diary slot. ✅ 2. Using the Repeat Client Selector Once you’ve added repeat clients, you can use them in any booking slot. To insert a repeat client into a slot: Click the Repeat Client dropdown in the slot. Choose the client from the list. The slot will automatically fill with the saved information. This saves loads of time and helps keep your diary neat and consistent. ✅ 3. Using the Notes Library The Notes Library is perfect for storing commonly used notes — such as: Training reminders Payment details Walk preferences Behaviour notes Cancellation rules How to add a new note: Scroll to the bottom of the page. Find “Add Note to Notes Library”. Type your note. Click Save Note. How to use saved notes: Inside any diary slot: Click the Notes Library dropdown. Select a saved note. The note will instantly appear in that slot. 🌈 4. Helpful Tips If you can’t find the Repeat Client list or Notes Library, scroll to the bottom — that’s where you can add new ones. You can use these features for: Regular walking clients Training clients Boarding dogs Special instructions You can delete repeat clients or notes anytime if they become outdated. 🎉 That’s it! These tools are designed to make your admin faster, easier, and more consistent — especially when you’re managing lots of clients.
