About Me
I’m Tori Lynn Crowther, and dogs have been shaping my life for as long as I can remember.
I’ve been training dogs since 1990 and running my professional dog walking and training business, TLC Dog Walking, since 2007. I’m not a hobby walker—I’m a trainer first, a behaviour nerd by nature, and someone who thrives on helping others work confidently with dogs, including those that many shy away from: reactive dogs, anxious dogs, large breeds, and dogs with complex histories.
I’ve also studied Psychology and Social Sciences at the University of Bradford and the University of East London, giving me a strong understanding of behaviour, learning, and wellbeing—both for dogs and the humans who care for them.
Before dedicating myself fully to dogs, I worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Business Consultants at Embankment Place in London, helping businesses solve complex challenges. That experience sharpened my problem-solving skills, people insight, and strategic thinking—skills I now use to help dog walkers grow sustainable, successful, and fulfilling businesses.
At The Dog House, I combine decades of hands-on dog experience with business know-how and wellbeing expertise to support dog walkers in building businesses that thrive, while keeping both dogs and humans happy, safe, and fulfilled.
I don’t believe in shortcuts. I believe in practical strategies, ethical practices, and long-term results—helping dog walkers build confidence, grow their business, and enjoy their work every day.
